The last week of March we put it on the market. We thought that it would be awhile before it sold. We were thinking we would be lucky if we had a couple of showings a week. The first day on the market we had 7 showings and 3 full price or above offers! We were under contract the day we put it on the market. It was a whirlwind!
After looking at several houses we found one that we love! It is in Murphy and we LOVE the neighborhood! We should be moving in June 1st but have had a couple of hiccups. Not on our part, on the crazy sellers part. HOPEFULLY we will get it all worked out this week.
In the meantime we have been living with my amazing parents! We will be here a total of 5 weeks and 2 of those weeks my parents will be on vacation in Italy.
It was a little emotional leaving our house on move out day. It was our first house and the house we brought Cason and Molly home too after they were born. We lived there for 7 years and worked hard to make it perfect for us. It really was perfect but we were outgrowing it. I miss it but I know our new home will be exciting and eventually feel like home and I can't wait!
